My Experience at the Museum of Illusions
On 14th March 2026, I walked into the Museum of Illusions not really knowing what to expect. I had seen a few pictures online, but experiencing it in real life is something else entirely.
The first thing you notice is how quickly your brain starts getting confused. Nothing feels stable. Floors don’t feel flat, rooms don’t look normal, and your eyes keep doubting what they’re seeing. It’s funny because you know it’s an illusion, but your mind still reacts like it’s real.
Some sections made me stop for a moment just to figure out what was going on. You try to focus, but the more you look, the less sense it makes. That’s the interesting part,it challenges how you normally see things.
There are also areas designed for photos, and they turn out way more creative than expected. A simple pose can look completely different depending on the illusion behind you. It’s the kind of place where every picture feels a bit unreal in a fun way.
What stayed with me after leaving is how easily perception can be tricked. You realize that what you see is not always the full truth, and the brain can be playful in ways you don’t think about every day.
It’s an experience that makes you question how you see the world, even for a little while.
